Below is an overview of the procedures you will go through when you shop at sportshorizon.com. 

Step 1:

A) Select your items and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the total amount payable, including shipping fees.

B) For first-time shopper, you need to register an account with us, which will help us to serve you better in future. You just need to provide your address and contact details. For return customers, you do not need to fill up your personal information again, if there are no changes.

C) You can also leave any comment for us in the comment box during checkout.

Step 2:

Proceed to payment. You can choose to pay with your credit cards, transfer payment online to our Maybank account or make payment via any Maybank ATM machine, and pay via Western Union.  There will not be any additional charges imposed by us.

Step 3:

Once we have received your payment, we will email you the confirmation. In the event that we are not able to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund, or replace it with another item, with your consent.

Step 4:

We will send out your order within 2-3 working days after receiving your payment. Once your order has been sent out, we will email you the tracking number.

Step 5:

Prepare to receive your products within 1-2 days (Peninsular Malaysia), 1-3 days (East Malaysia) or 5-14 working days (International) from the time we send it out.
