For delivery of items ordered through our website, we have chosen the delivery methods which we believe will offer customers the greatest value: 

Domestic Delivery

We use Pos Laju courier service as our trusted provider as they deliver to almost everywhere in Malaysia, and at reasonable prices. Delivery rates (which will be calculated during checkout ) range from as low as about RM6 within Klang Valley, RM7 within West Malaysia and RM10 to East Malaysia. Delivery time frame is as follow:

    Klang Valley and West Malaysia    - 1 working day (town areas) & 2 working days (outskirts)
    East Malaysia                                    - 1-2 working days (town areas) & 2-4 working days (outskirts)

International Delivery

We use standard international delivery/air parcel for overseas delivery. Delivery rates (which will be calculated during checkout) vary based on distance travelled and start from as low as about USD9. Delivery time frame defers based on a country's geographical, political and cultural factors. Below are some examples of time frame involved:

     Australia   - 5 to 8 working days
     USA           - 8 to12 working days
     UK             - 7 to 10 working days
     Thailand   - 4 to 7 working days
