Shopping on our website will be governed by the following product return, exchange, and warranty policies: 

 
PRODUCT RETURN

If you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately via email or telephone before returning the item to us. We will replace you a new item as soon as possible. We will bear all the transport charges involved in replacing you the item.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

All goods sold are nonrefundable. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may exchange it with a product of equivalent or higher value. You will be required to pay the price difference and bear all the transport charges. Exchanges are only valid for a period of 7 days. This means to be eligible for exhange, you need to return the products within 7 days AFTER receiving them.  The returned item must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Racquets, shoes and bags come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, except for clearance items. Clearance items are old stocks that are sold at more than 70% of its original retail prices. For warranty claim, customers will bear all the transport charges involved. The brand owner's/supplier's decision is final and cannot be disputed. In the event that the claim is unsuccessful, we will email you the reply from the brand owner/supplier.
